For the batter:
1 cup Sooji (rava or Semolina)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp cumin seeds
Handful Chopped cilantro (or dill if you like it)
2 tbsp Ginger/chili paste
3 cups water
1 tbsp chia seeds
Salt to taste
Mix batter ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes
Spread out like pancake on heated pan. Turn over when one side is brown.
Serve with Ground spice sambar and Corn chutney
